Is KneeXpert is free for patient?
Yes, booking online consultations/appointments with KneeXpert is 100% free for patients! We want to make it as easy and hassle free as possible for you to get the care you need @ your door step.
For specific doctor consultation, there charges will reflect on the appointment booking page itself.
Can I use KneeXpert to book an appointment with any doctor in India?
Not yet, but that’s what we are working towards ultimately! You can currently book appointments with doctors who have partnered with us to make your healthcare experience better – and more healthcare professionals join us every day.
Is KneeXpert a healthcare provider?
Knee Xpert is a healthcare provider. It is designed to empower and provide patients to independently make their own healthcare decisions – including determining which providers best fit their needs and whether or not they choose to book an appointment.
How does KneeXpert use & share data?
When you book an appointment, we securely share your name, your age, gender, chosen appointment slot and certain other relevant information with your doctor.
How do I know which doctor to choose?
KneeXpert was designed to empower patients to independently make their own healthcare decisions – including determining which providers best fit their needs and whether or not they choose to book an appointment. That’s why we offer so much information! When you’re choosing a doctor via KneeXpert , you can research his or her professional statement, education, background, verified reviews from other patients, photos, and more.
Can I use online session/free session when I am in another country?
It completely depends upon your internet service provider or network/internet speed, Then you can continue your consultations or sessions in any country.
What if I missed my scheduled appointment with doctor?
You can reschedule your appointment depending upon the doctor’s appointment slots availability. Or you can cancel your appointment prior to your scheduled time.
How do I know that my appointment has really been booked?
If you’ve reached a page that says, “Your appointment is booked,” then rest assured – you’re all set! Soon you’ll receive a confirmation message via text or WhatsApp on your registered mobile number from KneeXpert with helpful details about your upcoming appointment. And prior to your scheduled appointment, you will get reminder notification on your registered mobile number.
Where can I find the doctor's phone number?
After you booked your appointment online, you will receive a message via WhatsApp from KneeXpert that includes your doctor’s phone number, address, and other helpful information.
Can I reimburse my consultation amount through my Insurance company?
It completely depends upon your policy terms and conditions.
